I come from a software sales background but Art is something I have cherished since childhood and also enjoy teaching. When I got to know about Globalart, I jumped right in because it was the perfect marriage of two of my favourite passions, art and teaching. Being a course instructor 8 years & a master trainer for 2.5 years, I feel a sense of responsibility towards the children and CI’s I work with. The belief parents have in us makes me want to go the extra mile to make a difference in their child's life. We have children who have been with us for many years and parents who have been in touch with us even after their kids have graduated, that I believe is the testimony for having done something right.
I have completed successful 7 years with Globalart. I‘m very passionate about teaching and it gives me satisfaction to pass on my knowledge to kids and this in turn inspired me to be part of Globalart. This programme builds self-confidence in my students and instils creativity. The time to time upgradation of the programme helps me gain knowledge about the programme.
I have been associated with globalart, Naveen Shahadra for the past 6 years. It is especially heartening to see the changes in my students’ observation, expression and concentration levels as they progress through the different levels. They get appreciation and recognition in their schools and other events where they participate. globalart has also developed my creative and imaginative skills. This has given me a lot of confidence. I am really thankful to the globalart team for bringing out the best in me.
I’m associated with globalart, T P Road for the past 6 years. globalart was my first training in art which was very effective. This programme has not just helped me to develop my drawing skill but also my ability to think differently. I’m also able to see these changes in my students. I really enjoy teaching at globalart, and love to spend my time with kids, as we learn a lot from children.
I joined globalart K K Nagar in 2011 as a part time course instructor handling 4 batches. I was then working as a craft teacher in a school. The curriculum, training methodology and the environment made me quit my school job and join globalart as a full time course instructor. My journey with globalart so far gave me lot of opportunities to showcase my creative talent which has got me recognition and a lot of appreciation. Today I train over 120 students at the centre and it gives me immense satisfaction to see them express their imagination on paper. I am truly happy to be a part of globalart.
My 6 years of association with globalart has been very fruitful. It has been more of rediscovering myself. Working closely with the kids has made me view things in a different perspective. I joined globalart as a Course Instructor and now I am the Centre Support Manager handling the programme quality in Adambakkam and Velachery and coordinating various activities among our 7 sub centres.
I had a great love for art right from my childhood and wanted to pursue a career related to art. My quest concluded in 2006 when I joined globalart as a Course Instructor in Alwarpet, Chennai centre. With time not only have my drawing and colouring skills improved but my imagination has got wings. While working with children, I have also learnt that their ability to think differently on a given theme is truly incredible. Many of my students have gone on to earn laurels at the regional, national and international platforms and us proud. My experience involving working with children and nurturing them has given me the confidence to take on the additional responsibility of a trainer to impart training to other Course Instructors. However, I continue to be an avid learner and am striving towards excellence. I would like to thank globalart – SIP Academy India for having given me an opportunity to prove myself.
